2 Snippet performed during "Clown Strike" in Cuyahoga Falls in 1994.
3 Performed with “The Hammer of the Honky- Tonk Gods” At  HSB Festival, San Francisco 2006.
4,5 Vocal showcase for David Hidalgo in 6 concert appearances with Elvis, 3 of them as a member of The Pickups in 2005.
6 A snippet performed on “Needle Time” on 5 occasions in 2005.
7 Recorded by Elvis in 2004 and inspiration for “Monkey to Man”

9 Was recorded for a second time by Elvis for a compilation in 2003.

17-19 Trio of songs related to the Harry Smith Anthology. “Ommie Wise” was the original inspiration for Elvis’ answer song “What Lewis Did Last”. The other 2 tracks were also first performed in 2001 and “The Butcher’s Boy” returned to many 2005 and 2009 sets.
21 Was performed without Elvis at The Grand Ole Opry in 2006.
22 Elvis has performed this several times since 1984 and recorded a vocal with Los Lobos in 2003.
